Welcome to the Westgate Court subdivision. The subdivision has a Home Owners Association (HOA). The HOA meets twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall, to discuss maintenance and repairs.
Please instruct guests to use the 4 marked guest parking spots. You should never block someone else from accessing their garage. Please use your garage for parking leaving the guest parking for guests whenever possible.
Trash pickup is on Monday with recycling every other Monday. However that can change due to holidays and they are unreliable. You can find the schedule here on the Waste Management website. The trash truck uses a mechanical arm that requires 2-3 feet between each bin. Please do not overfill trash bins because the wind will blow them open and blow trash around.
